3. Orders

Ordering process:

1. Add products to basket
2. Enter contact and billing details
3. Review and confirm order
4. Receive proforma invoice
5. Goods shipped after payment

Payment methods:

• Bancontact / Mister Cash
• iDEAL, PayPal

Important:

• Payments are subject to authorization
• Orders without valid payment are not processed
• We are not liable for delays due to payment refusal

4. Shipping

• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible
• Delivery times are estimates only
• Shipping costs may change

Availability:

• If items are unavailable, you will be notified
• You may cancel and receive a full refund

Damages & Issues:

• Report within 3 days of delivery
• Include photos (packaging and product)

• Failure voids insurance claims

5. Returns & Exchanges

We aim for full customer satisfaction.

For damaged items:

• Submit request immediately with photos and description
• Return within 3 days after approval
• Use original packaging

Outcome:

• Replacement or full refund

Important:

• Dropshipping orders cannot be returned if customer changes mind
• No returns for natural variations in color, material, or design

6. Warranty

• Warranty period: 14 days from shipment
• Covers manufacturing defects only
• Excludes misuse or damage

7. Products

Products are made from natural materials and may vary in:

• Color, size, and texture
• Grain patterns and knots
• Cracks or movement due to environment

These are not defects but natural characteristics.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transport issues.
